The Group Interview
A group interview assesses both your ability to interact with others and your use of the other skills required by the employer.
It is important to adopt a balanced approach in a group interview. Don’t be afraid to speak up but, at the same time, don’t dominate the conversation!
Employers generally use a group interview to evaluate your ability to work as a member of a team. Therefore, you need to demonstrate that you can draw people together in a constructive way. This doesn't mean that you must organise "who does what"; you could contribute appropriate ideas or facilitate the contribution of others.
