Unit 4: Group Interviews

Introduction

There are two specific types of group interviews:

• Multiple applicants and one (or more) interviewers, commonly called a group interview.
• One applicant and more than one interviewer, commonly called a panel interview.

The types of questions that you may be asked in a group interview will be very similar to the questions asked in any other interview. The main difference is the combination of people involved in the process.
