Achievements
Most people find it easy to list the facts of their job, but harder to articulate their achievements. Achievements come in many shapes and sizes.
Here are some examples of achievements:
- Promotions
- Making a change at work that improved a system or process
- Being part of a team that produced something of value to the company
- Winning an award or prize
- Gaining qualifications
- Participating in a community event or raising money for charity
- Good results in an exam or assessment
- Implementing or designing a new system or process
- Customer service or quality award
