Module 4 - Career Planning
Self-assessment allows you to understand your own blend of skills, experience, values, needs - in short, everything that makes you, you. As a result, you have a far greater chance to find the job or career path that you love.
Self-assessment involves critically reflecting on these areas so that you can understand what type of career will fulfil you, as well as recognise the specific skills and qualities that you have to offer to a prospective employer.
Self-assessment is difficult, but the knowledge that you acquire will guide your current job search and longer-term career management.
