Realising Associated Values

Your list of working conditions can be used to create an inventory of your employment-related values.

For example, if one of your desired working conditions was to earn at least $100 000 per year, the associated value would be financial remuneration. If another condition was that you wanted to work with a small group of friendly people, related values could include teamwork, belonging and interaction with others.

Activity
Take your list of acceptable work conditions and convert them into a list of values relating to jobs or careers you might explore. Remember that more than one value might be associated with a single work condition.
