Work on developing every part of the talent recruitment process
  • Accept the growing number of part-time staff and adapt the organisation to cope with them
  • Ensure that staff are keeping their skills up-to-date
  • Know the employees' core competencies and how to continually develop them
  • Create a working culture that will attract and retain talented workers
  • Create broader recruitment networks
  • Accept that investing in people is a critical strategy for business sustainability.
