In the country, accountants take a very hands on approach. they are part of the family. Molloy, Orr and Ronan, based in Ballarat offer extended hours given that the working day starts early in rural areas. MOR also ensure that clients have more than one person familiar with the client, so that there will always be someone to address the issues. MOR rose from number 74 to 66 on the BRW Top 100 Accounting Firms list this year.

MOR have struggled to attract experienced staff and so recruit approximately three graduates per year, offering a graduate training scheme in conjunction with the ICAA.
