The program provides a career pathway into the public service for recent university graduates who will work in 2 roles over 12 months in different departments. Successful graduates will commence the program in February 2027 and be supported by a tailored learning and development program. The program offers specialised streams for graduates that align with areas they studied at university; from accounting and finance to economic consultancy, data analytics and also a generalist stream.

Support pathways are also offered to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants and applicants with a disability. This support is flexible and tailored to each applicant.

Graduates make long-lasting connections with fellow graduates and mentors in the program, and work with high-performing leaders and team members on projects that benefit Victorians.
