Across four days, participants will:

- Learn about graduate and entry-level pathways
- Gain practical insights into recruitment and early career success.
Throughout the week, sessions include:
- Employer presentations
- Live Q&As
- Application and employability tips
- Dedicated wellbeing activities designed to support confidence, connection, and self-care
This event offers a supportive, inclusive space for career exploration, where students and graduates can tailor their experience to align with their interests, energy levels, and career goals. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace as they explore opportunities, build an understanding of workplace expectations, and connect with employers who value accessibility and inclusion. Throughout the week, students and graduates are supported to ask questions openly, build confidence, and navigate the transition from campus to career in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
