Request an appointment with a librarian for assistance with searching for information, completing research-based assessment tasks, referencing and EndNote.

Appointment details:

  • Duration: up to 1 hour.
  • Location: Online via Zoom. In person or phone appointments may be available on request; please indicate when submitting a form.

Requests will be processed within three working days.

Appointments are scheduled as soon as possible within the next 10 working days, based on staff availability. When submitting a request you will be able to indicate which days & times are the most convenient for you. If there are no appointments available, a staff member will contact you to negotiate a time.

When your request has been confirmed, you will receive an email to your student email account with the details including information about accessing the Zoom meeting room for your appointment.

Group appointments: Appointments can be requested for small groups of students collaborating on an assignment. One student can make the booking and provide an indication of how many students will attend.
