Join The World’s Biggest Sit In - a world record attempt for the largest 30-minute chair-based exercise class ever held at 10.30am on 31 October, 2024

Be part of something amazing! "The World’s Biggest Sit In” is your chance to help set a world record for the largest 30-minute chair-based exercise class – while raising awareness for musculoskeletal health.

Presented by epijoint, The World’s Biggest Sit In is an initiative of Musculoskeletal Health Australia. Tiffany Hall, renowned for her TV roles as Gladiator and a trainer on The Biggest Loser is going to lead the chair-based exercise class, and we are so excited to have her onboard.

The goal is to bring together over 750 people on the lawns of Rippon Lea Estate, in Elsternwick doing chair-based exercise at the same time to beat the current record of 731 people. It’s a fun way to shine a light on the importance of good musculoskeletal health and the 150+ musculoskeletal conditions, like arthritis and back pain that affect over 7 million Aussies.

Best of all, it’s completely free to join! You can sign up on your own, with friends, or even as part of a team. And if you feel like going the extra mile, you can fundraise to support Musculoskeletal Health Australia and help them keep providing essential services and info to those living with these conditions.

This event is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
