The grad program offers a range of opportunities for candidates who have completed their degree in fields including IT, data, design, taxation, marketing and communications, and HR within the last five years, as well as graduates in their final year of study.

The ATO Graduate Program offers:

  • a competitive salary of $70,000 plus 15.4% super and an advancement to $78,000 plus 15.4% super
  • upon successful completion of the program, graduates can progress to an APS4 officer earning up to $84,900 plus 15.4% super
  • two challenging work rotations to develop your skills and explore different work streams 
  • a positive work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous leave entitlements 
  • placements across the country, including regional areas.
