technology and research to ensure the very best care for all our patients.

Our Recent Graduate Program
For our new and recent graduates, we provide a structured graduate program consisting of two 3- day weekends, one in February and one in July, with online learning sessions over a 10-month period
as well as in-clinic support from experienced mentors We are committed to your career development offering pathways for career progression.

The Recent Graduate Program aims to:
• Encourage a holistic approach to care
• Foster clinical competence and safety
• Build confidence and resilience
• Develop and refine communication skills
• Expand and add to existing knowledge base
• Refine and expand on practical skills
• Understand professional responsibilities in healthcare
• Encourage and develop lifelong learning skills

Below is a brief overview of our new graduate training:
• Two 3-day practical workshops (February and July)
• In clinic mentoring, delivered by a clinic partner/senior clinician.
• Fortnightly online mentoring program with the Graduate Clinical Mentor
• Case study review forums to expand knowledge and clinical reasoning

Positions Available: Multiple physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, and speech pathology positions available throughout Australia.
Locations Include: Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Cairns, Townsville, Hervey Bay, Toowoomba, Ipswich & Gold Coast), New South Wales (Sydney,
Bathurst, Orange, Central Tablelands), Victoria (Ballarat, Dandenong Region, Gippsland Region, & Melbourne, and surrounds), Tasmania (Hobart), Western Australia (Perth), South Australia
(Adelaide).
