BRW's search for Australia's most promising entrepreneurs proved to be an easy task for the males, however, when trying to locate a female who was 25 and earning in excess of $1million a year proved to be an impossible task. Proving that generation Y in fact won't sweep away gender imbalance, in fact deeply ingrained attitudes are still at work and need to be addressed in order for the imbalance to be corrected.
