The above mentioned is the view expressed from Deloitte's national partner Alec Bashinsky. He has saved the company over $1.2 million under the new staff recruitment program alone. He believes that it's attributed to 'changing the structure and mandate surrounding HR'.
Mr Bashinsky gives an insight into leading organisational change, saying communication to the entire group including why the changes need to take place is a vital key, along with breaking large problems into smaller ones and meetings whereby people challenge the usual way of thinking
