There is now an increasing demand for job sharing with a recent survey showing that 73% of respondents wanted an opportunity to do so.
It is now thought that the ability to split a role between two people isn't merely a perk but a business tool. The generation that is now starting to work will find this freedom to pursue activities outside of work very attractive.
However it must be stressed that for this new idea to work training needs to be given to the employees and managers that teaches ways to best divide work and resolve conflict.
