Niche job boards target a specific candidate group, such as graduates, based on industry, skills, business function, diversity group, career status or location. These sites can be more effective than the larger more general sites. Main benefits of niche boards are the quality of candidates (more suitably qualified), the boards may advertise jobs that are not available on general sites and niche sites may be more cost effective.
